Erasmus Mundus EACH Scholarship 2025 | Fully Funded
The Erasmus Mundus EACH Scholarship is one of the fully funded programs sponsored by the EU consortium for international students seeking Masters degrees in Europe.
The Erasmus Mundus Masters Scholarships cover participation costs (i.e. tuition fee, including full insurance), Monthly allowance of 1400 EUR for up to 24 months for living, accommodation, and travel expenses.
The Erasmus Mundus EACH Scholarship, EACH – Excellence in Analytical Chemistry, educates specialists in analytical chemistry well qualified to work in industry (food, pharmaceutical, materials, energy, etc) and chemical analysis laboratories (environment, food, health, etc) worldwide.
EACH provides knowledge and skills in both fundamental and applied aspects of modern analytical chemistry.
The programme is taught by four universities: University of Tartu (UT, coordinator), Estonia; Uppsala University (UU), Sweden; University Claude Bernard Lyon 1 (UCBL), France; and Åbo Akademi University (AAU), Finland.
The language of instruction is English, but students will also learn to communicate in one of the languages of the countries involved.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) encompassing at least 60 ECTS in chemistry or chemical engineering and 20 ECTS in mathematics and/or physics.
- The minimum eligibility requirement for application is 66% of the maximum grade available, as the average of all courses included in the transcript.
- Demonstrate English language proficiency.

The EACH consortium offers a number of tuition-waiver scholarships that cover the tuition fee (insurance not included) for the two-year programme.
2. EU scholarships funded by the European Commission (if applicable)
The EU scholarship will cover the following:
- Participation costs (i.e. tuition fee, including full insurance)
- Monthly allowance of 1400 EUR for up to 24 months (includes allowance for installation, subsistence, travel and visa costs).

How to Apply?
- Submit the online application form (available below) via the online application system DreamApply by January 5.
- You will receive an applicant code, which gives access to your account to track your application status.
- Before submitting the online application form, you need to upload the electronic copies of all the required documents to the online application system DreamApply and add the final version of your motivation letter.
- Be prepared to take an online calculation test during January (after the admission deadline).
- In case you are offered admission, you are required to send all the application documents along with your printed and signed application form by post within 3 weeks from the announcement of the offer.
