Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to international students from any country (excluding EU/EE nationals).
- Hungarian citizens are ineligible.
- Undergraduate applicants must have completed 12 years of education.
- Bachelor’s degree required for master’s program applicants.
- Doctoral applicants must hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.
- Outstanding performance in previous degrees is necessary.
- Former Stipendium Hungaricum scholars cannot reapply.
