NNPC Renaissance JV Scholarship 2025 For Nigerians
NNPC, TotalEnergies, and Agip Oil Exploration Company (Eni) have announced applications for the NNPC Renaissance University Scholarship 2025.
The NNPC-RENAISSANCE JV University Scholarship is a ₦200,000 award offered to undergraduate students of Nigerian universities to support their academic excellence.
The Renaissance African Energy Company (Renaissance), operator of the NNPC/Renaissance/TotalEnergies/AENR Joint Venture (Renaissance JV), invites applications from suitably qualified Nigerian students to apply for the NNPC-RENAISSANCE JV University Scholarship.
The NNPC RENAISSANCE JV Scholarship aims to promote academic excellence and improve the skills of young Nigerians. It provides a yearly grant to successful applicants for the duration of their undergraduate degree programme.
The NNPC-RENAISSANCE JV University Scholarship is in two categories – the National Merit Award (NM) and the Areas of Operation Merit Award.
- National Merit Award (NM) – Open to all Nigerians
- Areas of Operation Merit Award – Open to Nigerians who are indigenes of Renaissance’s operational areas in Bayelsa, Delta, Imo, and Rivers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Must be registered FULL-TIME undergraduates in an accredited University in Nigeria.
- Must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship from an entity operating in the Oil and Gas Industry, national or international.
- Evidence of being in 200 Level, with proof of admission into an undergraduate programme in the 2023/2024 academic session
Benefits:
Selected candidates of the NNPC Renaissance JV Scholarship will receive a sum of ₦200,000 per year till graduation.
Required Documents:
- Passport photograph with white background not more than 3 months old (450px by 450px).
- School ID card
- University or JAMB (UTME or D/E) Admission letter
- JAMB Result
- 2023/2024 Transcript (100 level Result)
- Letter of Identification from State (Showing Local Government of Origin).
- Applicants for the Operational Area Awards are required to provide scanned copies of letters of identification (which must be duly stamped and signed) by:
- The Paramount Ruler of the Community, and
- The Chairperson of the Community Development Committee or Community Executive Council (CDC or CEC)
Note:
- Each document attachment to the application must not exceed 200KB, and the image format must be in JPEG
- Ensure the documents are named according to what they represent to avoid mixing up documents.
- Ensure you attach the appropriate documents when asked to upload.
