2025 NCDMB Undergraduate Essay Competition For Nigerian Students
The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) was established in 2010 through the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act, with the mandate to create, monitor, and implement procedures that promote local content in the oil and gas sector. Its foundation dates back to 2001 when former President Olusegun Obasanjo set up the Presidential Committee on Local Content in the industry. The NCDMB Essay Competition is exclusively open to 100–200 level students in Nigeria’s public and private tertiary institutions, including polytechnics and colleges of education.
