Andersen Nigeria 2026 Graduate Recruitment for young Nigerian graduates.

Andersen in Nigeria has officially opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Recruitment Program, inviting highly motivated and talented graduates who are eager to launch their careers in professional services with one of the world’s leading firms.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must hold a university degree with at least a Second-Class Upper Division in any discipline.
  • Graduates from international universities must provide academic transcripts if the class of degree is not indicated on their certificate.
  • Law graduates are required to have a minimum of a Second-Class Lower from the Nigerian Law School.
  • Candidates must be below 27 years of age at the time of application.
  • Must provide valid documentation of exemption from the NYSC scheme.
  • Must be currently enrolled in the NYSC program, Or must have completed NYSC
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 5 credits in one sitting, including Mathematics and English Language (compulsory).

GMAT-Based Aptitude Test and Essay:

Shortlisted candidates will first undergo a GMAT-based aptitude test to evaluate their analytical and problem-solving abilities, followed by an essay assessment to measure clarity and coherence of thought. Those who excel in both stages will proceed to the next phase of the selection process.

Assessment Centers:

Candidates who progress will attend an Assessment Center, where their teamwork and individual strengths will be evaluated through a group exercise, an individual presentation, and a panel interview. Successful candidates from this stage will then proceed to the final step—a one-on-one interview with a Partner.

Offer:

Candidates who complete all stages of the recruitment process will receive an offer to join the firm.
