Mkpouto Pius Foundation Scholarship 2025

Mkpouto Pius Foundation launch the WomanUp Scholarship Programme. The WomanUp Programme intends to raise a crop of excellent women who will excel in their academics and subsequent career, and move us significantly towards achieving gender equality.

Benefits of the Mkpouto Pius Foundation Scholarship

• Full university tuition fees paid directly to the university’s account each year for 4 years.
• ₦100,000 stipend per semester to support living and academic expenses.
• ₦50,000 allowance to cover departmental and faculty registration costs.
• Continuation of benefits (tuition, stipends, and allowances) is based on proof of excellent academic performance from the previous year.
• Monthly internet subscription provided, ensuring scholars can study seamlessly, take up remote part-time opportunities, and actively engage in monthly coaching and check-in sessions.

Requirements for Mkpouto Pius Foundation Scholarship

• Must be a female Nigerian student.
• Must have recently gained admission into a Nigerian public university to begin the first year of study.
• Must demonstrate strong academic excellence.
• Must show evidence of financial need.
• Must be willing to submit monthly reports and attend regular check-in sessions.
• Must commit to attending mentoring events.
• Must be open to career development opportunities such as conferences, fellowships, publishing research papers, and other growth-focused activities.

Application Document

Applicants are required to submit their WAEC/NECO result, JAMB result, university admission letter, and proof of Nigerian nationality, which may include a NIN slip, voter’s card, or international passport.
