Young Industry Leaders Scholarship at the EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf
In the Master-in-Energy programs at the EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf, fully funded by Schneider Electric, students have the opportunity to become specialists in energy management and digitalization, preparing them to take on key roles as Young Industry Leaders in today’s energy sector.
Throughout the program, students gain hands-on experience by working across different departments at Schneider Electric, engaging directly at the interface between technology and customer solutions. This allows participants to apply their newly acquired knowledge in real-world business contexts, shaping the trajectory of their careers from the outset.

Benefits
The scholarship offers a full tuition waiver (100% of fees) and a paid working student contract with Schneider Electric for up to 20 hours per week.

Eligibility Requirements
The scholarships are open to applicants admitted to one of the above Master’s programs and who meet the following criteria:
- Successfully completed the selection process for the relevant Master’s program
- Strong academic background in a technical field (e.g., electrical engineering, energy engineering, energy management systems, mechanical engineering, automation, process engineering, building technology, sustainability, or related disciplines)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant postgraduate work experience, with preference for experience in sales, project management, business development, or service roles
- Good German language skills at the time of application (B1/B2 minimum) with a commitment to further improvement
- Flexibility and willingness to work across Germany, Austria, or Switzerland after graduation, ideally in customer-facing or service roles
- Passion for sustainability and a digital-first mindset
- Strong intellectual and analytical curiosity, community focus, and alignment with Schneider Electric’s IMPACT values

- In addition to your standard MSc application, submit a motivation letter addressed to Schneider Electric, your curriculum vitae, and proof of German language proficiency. These documents should be sent to the course coordinator’s email address указан on the programme page.
- Please be aware that the selection process is multi-stage. Scholarship decisions will be communicated within two weeks after the final online interviews with Schneider Electric, scheduled for March/April 2026.
