SDSN Youth Nigeria SDGs Advocate Programme 2026

The SDGs Advocate Programme is a four-month intensive training and advocacy initiative tailored for Nigerian youth. It features over 20 lectures, curated original reading materials, and rigorous assessments designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The programme aims to cultivate a network of outstanding young leaders equipped to drive and advance SDG advocacy nationwide.

Requirements for the SDSN Youth Nigeria SDGs Advocate Programme

Prospective applicants should meet the following criteria before applying:

  • Must be a Nigerian citizen aged between 18 and 35 years.
  • Able to dedicate a minimum of four hours per week for the duration of the programme.
  • Available to participate in virtual training sessions.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in development and social transformation.
  • Prior knowledge of the SDGs 2030 Agenda is not mandatory.
