ARM Young Talent Programme (AYTP) for Undergraduate Students 2026

The ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP) is an annual summer internship initiative created to give outstanding university students the opportunity to begin building their careers at ARM. The programme provides exposure to meaningful assignments designed to deliver practical, real-world experience. It is open to both national and international students.

AYTP equips interns with valuable learning opportunities through hands-on professional experience before they enter the labour market or advance to further academic pursuits. The programme also supports ARM’s commitment to capacity building by creating potential employment pathways for interns who successfully complete their degree programmes and internship with the firm.

Interns work alongside leading industry professionals and receive structured training within a dynamic, learning-focused environment. They gain exposure to real business projects, transactions, and strategic company initiatives.

At the conclusion of the programme, participants are required to prepare a written report and deliver a presentation on an assigned project to assess overall performance and suitability. Beyond technical development, AYTP fosters interpersonal growth through networking opportunities with fellow interns, ARM employees, and clients.

This programme presents an excellent opportunity to launch a career with a leading investment management firm while acquiring substantial professional experience. Successful completion may lead to full-time employment with the firm or an exclusive postgraduate scholarship opportunity under the “Robert Akinjewe Scholarship Fund” Career Fulfilment initiative.
