ASUU Strike: FULafia pulls out of ASUU
Federal University of Lafia(FULafia) has pulled out of ASUU strike, and set October 10, 2022 as resumption date. The announcement was contained in a circular issued by Management of the institution on Monday, September 26, 2022.
The circular said the readiness of the institution to commence academic activities in the University was sequel to a directive given by the Federal Ministry of Education, through the National Universities Commission (NUC), mandating vice-chancellors to re-open schools and allow students resume lectures.
The directive was signed by the Director, Finance and Accounts of the NUC, Sam Onazi, on behalf of the Executive Secretary of the commission.
