African Leadership Academy Program 2026
African Leadership Academy (ALA) seeks to enroll and provide funding for the most outstanding young leaders from across Africa and around the world. The goal is to discover the brightest minds that possess the potential to transform the future of our continent.
Eligibility Criteria:
Each year, more than 2,000 young leaders from across Africa apply to study at African Leadership Academy. Through a rigorous selection process, ALA is able to admit up to 130 students into each cohort.
