Army Allegedly Shoots at Protesting Students.
The Nigerian Army have been accused of shooting at University Students who gathered to protest against the continuous closure of Tertiary Institutions due to the disagreement between the Federal Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
Recall that the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) earlier gave a directive for all its branches to protest against the ongoing ASUU strike until it is called off.
Therefore, students have been peacefully protesting in various states across the Nation. However the Ondo state chapter of the protest turned bloody as images of soldiers shooting recklessly at the unarmed students went viral.
