Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants should be citizens of developing countries or ADC priority countries.
- Candidates must be under 35 years old at the time of application.
- A minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is required.
- Educational qualification of at least a General Certificate of Education (GCE)-A level or its equivalent.
- Proficiency in English is essential, with a minimum score of at least Level B2 in recognized English proficiency tests such as TOEFL (IBT: 65-78, paper-based: 513-547, CBT: 183-210), IELTS (min. 5.5), or Cambridge (min. FCE – First Certificate in English).
