The BackPack Excellence Scholarship provides a transformational experience through the IMD MBA program, enabling women to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential in their careers and communities.
The scholarship offers developmental support in terms of;
- Transformational Leadership Program: The IMD MBA program itself is a transformative experience, focusing on developing leadership skills, business acumen, and a global perspective.
- Mentorship and Networking: Scholarship recipients gain access to a network of accomplished mentors and alumni who can provide guidance and support throughout their careers.
- Career Advancement: The combination of financial support, leadership training, and networking opportunities empowers women to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential in their chosen fields.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be women who have experienced significant hardship and disruptions in their professional journeys. This includes situations such as:
- Forced displacement due to conflict, natural disaster, or persecution.
- Family obligations that have impacted career progression.
- Financial constraints limiting access to education.
Benefits:
- Full or Partial Tuition Coverage: The scholarship can cover the full tuition fees of the IMD MBA program, which is a substantial investment. In some cases, partial scholarships are also awarded.
- Living Expenses: In addition to tuition, the scholarship may also cover living expenses during the MBA program, relieving financial stress for recipients.
