The Global Youth Convention 2024 in South Africa is now accepting applications. The GYC 2024 will last four days and will be held in Cape Town from March 9 to 12, 2024. It is more than just an event; it is a movement. This is one of the world’s largest fully financed conferences. There are 40 seats that are fully funded, 10 that are partially funded, and 10 that are self-funded. The GYC 2023 was previously held in Morocco.
Workshops and interactive seminars will provide participants with a rich learning experience at the 2024 GYC. Attendees will get a deeper grasp of the UN’s SDGs, explore innovative solutions to global concerns, and obtain the information and tools needed to participate effectively in civic life. The emphasis on leadership development is intended to assist participants in honing their talents, understanding effective leadership styles, and learning how to inspire and encourage people toward common goals. The youth summit also offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in global policymaking, allowing participants to help shape policies that support sustainable development.

How to apply for the Global Youth Convention 2024
- Applicants have to apply through the official website.
- Complete the GYC 2024 registration form.
- You need to provide basic information, including name, date of birth, address, and other related details.
- Upload your picture and pictorial representation of your past social work.
- Fill out the Scholarship section in case you’re applying for the Fully Funded spot.
- The HISA program team will contact shortlisted applicants for further evaluation, based on the motivation demonstrated in the application.
The list of Fully Funded Delegates will be announced on February 05th, 2024.
