China Link Scholarship 2025 Program | Fully Funded
The Chinese Scholarship Council is pleased to offer eligible international applicants with the China Link Scholarship Program, offering a valuable opportunity for young talents around the world to pursue academic and research activities in China.
The China Link Scholarship 2025 is a fully funded award that includes a tuition waiver, free on-campus accommodation, comprehensive medical insurance, and a stipend of CNY42,000.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, good moral character and academic excellence, be in good health, both mentally and physically.
- Be under 45 years of age when applying for general scholars.
- Be under 50 years of age when applying for senior scholars.
- Be registered as a full-time student or employed as a full-time academic staff at CSC’s foreign partner universities at the time of application and throughout their proposed stay in China.
- Have received either the admission notice or the invitation letter issued by the Chinese host university.

- monthly stipend (CNY 3,000 for general scholars; CNY 3,500 for senior scholars).
How to Apply?
- Applicants should contact the Chinese host university to obtain admission documents or invitations.
- Applicants should log into the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login) to complete CSC online application and upload supporting documents.
- Application will be processed by Chinese host universities.
- Chinese universities should submit scholarship nomination list to CSC at least 2 months before the start of study. The submission time could be flexible according to each university’s enrollment and admission arrangements.
- CSC notifies scholarship admission result to Chinese host universities.
- Chinese host universities will notify the scholarship admission results to applicants.
