DREAM European Masters Scholarship 2025 To Study in France, Germany (Fully Funded)
The DREAM European Masters Scholarship is a joint master’s programme implemented and fully supported by 4 major European Higher Education Institutions (HEI) sharing a common vision on dynamics and control of modern power systems.
The DREAM Erasmus Mundus Scholarship covers applicant’s tuition, and a €1400/month as contribution to the costs incurred by the beneficiary students and shall cover travel, visa, installation, and subsistence costs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- be students who already hold a first university degree with the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits (in the European system, or equivalent) after at least three years of studies, at Bachelor of Science level in one of the following fields:
- Power systems
- Smart Grids
- Renewable Generation
- Automatic control
- Power Electronics
- be fluent in English, both written and spoken. An applicant whose native language is not English is required to pass a recognized international English test
- Applicants who carried out their studies in English are eligible without providing such a test result but with an official confirmation letter from their university is needed. More details on English test exemption cases here.
Benefits:
- The scholarship will be a contribution to the costs incurred by the beneficiary students and shall cover travel, visa, installation and subsistence costs.
- It is calculated on the basis of a monthly unit cost of €1400/month for the entire period of the programme (24 months). This period covers study, research, placement activities, thesis preparation and defence, in line with the requirement of the joint Master.
- Additionally, students selected as EMJM scholarship-holders will not be required to pay the tuition fees mentioned above.

- scan of the passport first pages or identity card (including name, date of birth etc.)
- certified academic degrees with transcripts and diploma supplement (if available) of all university studies, with official translation in English,
- motivation letter (download mandatory template in Word | in PDF)
- evidence of English proficiency with a recognised International English test Certificate (more information in the FAQ)
- mobility preferences (as mentioned in the mobility scheme, applicants are allowed to choose any of the available mobility tracks for their second and third semesters, please note that the jury will do its best to respect it while ensuring equal groups between university partners).

- NB: The proof of residence must have been issued within 12 months before the submission deadline of applying for an EMJMD student scholarship.
