Education Profile of Bovi

Abovi Ugboma popularly known as Bovi born Sep 25, 1979 in Benin city, Edo State. He is a Nigerian comedian, producer, director, actor and writer.

Bovi attended Uniben Staff School for his primary education. Then, he moved to government college, Ughelli for his secondary education. Subsequently, Bovi attended Delta state university, Abraka where he studied Theatre Arts in 1998, and graduated in 2002. After graduation, he was posted to Kogi State for his NYSC, where he served at the National Television Authority (NTA), Lokoja.

The comedian began hosting a one-man stand-up comedy show themed Man on Fire in 2013. Consequently, this show took him around the world while performing with his authentic style. Man on fire debut edition was held in Lagos, in March 2013. The second edition, in October 2014. And the third March 2017. In addition, the fourth edition was hosted in Lagos on April 28, 2019. Similarly, the comedy special has been hosted in other cities around the world: Toronto, London, New York and Port-Harcourt.
