Charles Okocha, popularly known as Igwe 2Pac, is a multifaceted Nigerian entertainer renowned for his dynamic presence in Nollywood. Born on July 5, 1976, in Anambra State, Nigeria, he has carved a niche for himself as an actor, rapper, comedian, and entrepreneur.

Charles”s educational journey began in Surulere, Lagos State, where he completed his primary and secondary education. He then attended St. Gregory’s College, Obalende, Lagos, obtaining his West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE) in 1994. Pursuing his passion for the arts, he enrolled at the University of Lagos, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Arts in 1999.

Charles Okocha’s foray into the entertainment industry commenced in 2001 when he was discovered by renowned director Teco Benson. His debut role in the film Wasted Years catapulted him to fame, earning him the moniker Igwe 2Pac due to his comedic portrayal of an American accent.

Since then, Okocha has featured in over 100 Nollywood films, including notable titles like Three Thieves, The Queen’s Request, and Makate Must Sell . Beyond acting, he has showcased his versatility as a rapper, releasing tracks such as Amoshine and Accolades. His comedic skits and vibrant personality have garnered him a substantial following on social media platforms.
