Kingsley Sule popularly referred to as Kellyrae was born on the 15th of February 1991and raised in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. He is a Nigerian singer and songwriter.

Kelly completed his basic primary and secondary school education in Warri, Delta State. He then proceeded to further his education at the Delta State University with a degree in Music.
