Mercy Nnenda Chinwo born on the 5th of September 1990 in Port Harcourt is a Nigerian popular gospel music artist, singer, songwriter and actress.
Mercy started her elementary education at Godswill international school before heading to Victory Comprehensive College, and then Paradise international school to conclude her secondary education. She attended the prestigious University of Port Harcourt where she bagged a degree in Linguistics and communication studies.
Mercy Chinwo started out as an actress. She entered the spotlight in 2012 after taking winning Season 2 of the renowned acting competition Nigerian Idol.
