Ruth Akpan popularly known as Rhuthee born February 23, 1992 in Obot Akara, Akwa Ibom State. . She is a Nigerian chef, event planner, and entrepreneur.

Ruth completed her basic and secondary education in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. For her tertiary education, she completed it in Ghana at Knutsford University.

While in the university, Ruthie always exhibited a passion for cooking. So, she proceeded to turn her passion into reality in her work.

Rhuthee was among the contestants announced to participate in the Big Brother Naija Season 9 Reality Show. Ruth, alongside her partner, DJ Flo participated under the tag name, Florish. According to Ruthie, the pair would bring dynamics and flexibility to the different strategies that they face in the house.
