Stella Damasus born April 24, 1978 in Benin Edo State is a Nigerian actress and singer. She was nominated for Best Actress in a Leading Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2009. She won the Award for Best Actress at the Nigeria Entertainment Awards in 2007 In 2012 she won the award for Best Actress for the movie Two Brides and a Baby at the Golden Icons Academy Awards in Houston, Texas.
There are no details which her parents are, but they are from Asaba in Delta state. The veteran actress had her childhood in Benin alongside four sisters.
Stella Damasus had her primary education in Edo state then her secondary school education in Asaba, Delta State, after her parents relocated. The Benin born actress then proceeded to the University of Lagos to bag a degree in theatre art.
