Yvonne Okoro born November 25, 1984 in Accra, Ghana. Yvonne was born to a Nigerian father and Ghanaian mother. Her father is from Abia state in Nigeria, while her mother is from Accra, Ghana. She is a Talented Actress.

For her elementary school education, the actress attended Achimota Preparatory School in Accra, Ghana. She then went to Lincoln Community School in Accra, Ghana, for her first leaving school certificate. She then proceeded to Faith Montessori School in Accra, Ghana for her secondary school education. She ended up completing her secondary school education at Mfanstiman Girls Senior High School in Accra, Ghana.

After completing her primary and secondary school education, she proceeded to the University of Ghana, Accra, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English and Linguistics. She then went to University De-Nantes in France to study Press Civilization, Drama, and Marketing.

She made her screen debut in Sticking to the Promise, a 2002 movie produced by Theo Akatugba, just after her Senior High Education. She also played a cameo role in the hit series Tentacles by the same producer for Point Blank Media Concepts. This is how Yvonne’s career started to unfold very rapidly. Today, she is one of the most popular and loved actresses in Nollywood and in Ghana, and one of the most highly-paid as well.
