European Union EU Youth Empowerment Fund 2024 | €5000 Award
The European Union and Global Youth Mobilization (GYM) invites young people to apply for the EU Youth Empowerment Fund.
The European Union Youth Empowerment Fund offers grants of €5000 for community projects by individuals or youth groups, especially those from under-represented backgrounds.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be young person aged 14 to 30 from countries eligible for Official Development Assistance
- Applicants should be young individuals, informal groups, or registered youth-led organizations
Benefits:
Individuals and informal groups can get 500 to 1500 EUR, while registered youth organizations can receive 3000 to 5000 EUR.
Eligible Projects
- Projects should also be addressing global challenges aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- Focus Areas: Projects by or for underrepresented young people and groups, including young people in challenging circumstances, those from lower socio-economic backgrounds, and individuals facing barriers related to gender or disability
- Projects addressing climate change and environmental sustainability
