The Government of Finland offers full scholarships that cover the tuition fees of eligible international undergraduate and postgraduate applications to study at top institutions in the country.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a citizen of a developing country
- Hold a high school degree or equivalent
- Have a good command of English, as the language of instruction in most universities in Finland is English
- Not have studied in Finland before
- Not be currently enrolled in a degree program in Finland
- Meet the specific requirements set by the university or program you are applying for.
