Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be born after 1st January 1995.
- Must be a citizen of Lesotho, Malawi, or South Africa.

- Must commit to staying in France for the entire duration of their degree program.
- Applicants must meet all eligibility criteria specified by the study program they are applying to, including academic qualifications and any specific requirements related to their chosen field of study.
