How Leaders can Inspire True Change, by Emmanuel Rotiba
Nigerian-born leadership coach, Emmanuel Rotiba said leaders at various levels can bring about true change by instilling the right values in their communities.
He stated this at a seven-day Virtual Global Leadership Workshop for Emerging Leaders which held from June 1 to 7, 2023. Tagged ‘Designed to Transform’, the free virtual workshop had participants from different parts of the world including the United States, the United Kingdom, Slovenia, amongst others.
At the workshop, Rotiba, who is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reo Consultings, a leadership firm based in Abuja, shared invaluable insights to transform individuals and organisational mindset.
He shared insights to how individuals can inspire change in their lives and live to their full potential.
“The world is now a global village and leadership principles are universal and applicable anywhere.
“My desire is to see people live to their full potential, discover and nurture their gifts and abilities to better the world.
“Whether in business or professional career, leaders at various levels can bring about true change by instilling the right values in their communities.”
During the workshop, participants learnt the irresistible laws of growth, how to remain relevant in a highly disruptive world, strategies to navigate their careers, finances, personal developments as well as systems to hone their talents and monetise their skills to build a life of impact and influence.
Rotiba is a seasoned Finance, Operations and Management specialist with years of experience. Through his cutting edge enterprise leadership in the finance sector, he has also developed long term experience and led various audit and control exercise of a global INGO Project.
He has garnered experience from the United Nations as an operations personnel, with extensive experience in budget allocations of various European Union-funded project. He is a recipient of many professional awards.
