Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a citizen and resident of an eligible country at the time of application.
- Hold an undergraduate degree relevant to the chosen master’s program.
- Meet the academic requirements of the chosen program.
- Preference for candidates in higher education, government, or civil society; strong motivation required for others.
- Cannot hold another scholarship or have previously received a Belgian government scholarship.
- Must not have been enrolled in a Belgian institution before January 1, 2025.
- Be under 35 years old for initial master’s programs, under 45 for advanced master’s programs, and at least 19 years old for bachelor’s programs.
- Be proficient in the program’s language of instruction (English).
- Commit to returning to your home country after graduation to contribute to its development.
