Williams Ph.D, MNI is an accomplished Organizational Psychologist, Leadership and Human Resource Executive, Organizational Development and Change Management Consultant, Executive Leadership Coach, Author, and Professor, he is a distinguished member of the NCF Global LLC, sponsored by the National Consultancy and Follow-Up Group, Abu Dhabi, UAE. With an impressive 18 years of success in public administration, he has led transformative initiatives in Organizational Development Management, Social Service Management, and Diversity and Inclusion Programs, establishing himself as a visionary leader and trusted expert in driving meaningful change and organizational growth.

Prof. Olufemi Mimiko is a distinguished scholar and professor of Political Science at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Nigeria, where he also earned his PhD in International Relations. With a deep passion for advancing knowledge, his research spans Comparative Political Economy, International Relations, Development and Transition Studies, Policy and Strategic Studies, and Higher Education Governance.
