Applications for the 2025/2026 Lagos State Bursary and Scholarship Awards are now open, administered by the Lagos State Scholarship Board, a State Government agency established in February 1968 with the primary mandate of supporting the welfare and educational advancement of indigenous Lagos State students in higher institutions.

Requirements for Lagos State Bursary and Scholarship Awards
Eligibility is strictly open to:
- Newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session.
- Lagos State indigenes who were admitted in previous years but did not apply earlier.
- Applicants must be enrolled in a recognized tertiary institution anywhere in Nigeria.
- Undergraduate applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.5, while postgraduate applicants must hold at least a Second Class Upper (2.1) degree.

- Recent passport photograph
- Valid means of identification
- National Identification Number (NIN)
- Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASSRA) number
