Eligibility Criteria:

  • Open to international students, researchers, and teaching staff from eligible countries.
    • For Bachelor’s programs: A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • For Master’s programs: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • For PhD programs: A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
    • For research and teaching staff: Relevant academic or professional experience.
  • Proficiency in English, Latvian, or the language of instruction for the chosen program.
  • Applicants must have an acceptance letter or proof of application to a recognized Latvian university or research institution.
