Q1. Welcome Dorcas. Can you please introduce yourself?

Ans: My name is Asuquo Dorcas but you can call me Koko. I work as a Loan Recovery Officer for PressPayNg.

Q2. In a single sentence, please tell me why did you choose to Loan Recovery Officer?

Ans: The work is fascinating as it offers so many challenges. There is very little boredom, as every day is always a new one!

Ans: Firstly, hmmm I break down my tasks, ask myself what I need to do first. Lastly I don’t procrastinate.

Q4. What is the most challenges part of your job?

Ans: :  Identifying the right clients who would repay their loans timely and not pose risks to the company. Any mistake here could be a significant financial risk for the company.

Q5. What would you say is your greatest strength that could benefit your career as a Loan recovery?

Ans: My strong time management and organization skills help me ensure I submitted loans for processing on time. Throughout my career as a loan officer, I have never missed a deadline. This is one skill that sets me apart from many other loan officers, and I believe it can help me find success in this role.

Q6. What would you want to accomplish within your 6 months of working with PressPayNg?

Ans: Invest time in getting to know the people I work with, what are their key specialism and personal competencies, find out what they love doing and try to tap into this expertise.
