ONE Champions Africa Programme 2024/2025 (2 year volunteer programme) for young emerging Leaders.

The ONE Campaign is excited to announce the recruitment for the 2024-2025 ONE Champions programme in Africa! ONE is looking for young people who are passionate about creating change and want to develop new skills in advocating for the unlocking of transformative finance in Africa.

The ONE Champions programme is a two-year opportunity for 18-35 year olds during which activists receive training, represent ONE at high-level events, influence decision-makers, mobilise communities, organise local events, and join a network of ONE activists from around the world.   

ONE is looking for young leaders who are:  

  • 18-35 years old  
  • Interested in global affairs and development finance 
  • Can demonstrate their ability to mobilise groups and communities   
  • Keen to gain experience in advocacy, media and policy.  
  • Have 2-4 hours per week to commit to the programme  
  • Interested to develop communication and teamwork skills  
  • African citizen and resident in one of the eligible countries: Nigeria, Senegal, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Rwanda, DRC, Ghana, South Africa, Zambia, and Egypt

  • To apply, please complete the form by the end of Sunday, 24th March 2024. 
  • ONE campaign will only accept applications from African citizens currently residing in the eligible African countries they intend to serve for the duration of the programme.
