Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be an international student.
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Must have excellent academic records.
- Must be proficient in English; a specific certificate is not initially required but may be required by individual universities.
- Not open to Singaporean nationals or those who have completed tertiary education in Singapore.
- Only eligible for Ph.D. programs in science and engineering fields.
- Programs in social sciences, humanities, economics, etc., are not eligible.
