TVC Labs MentorPitch 10 Program for early-stage startups.
Applications are officially open for the TVC Labs MentorPitch 10 Program, a mentorship initiative created to accelerate the growth of early-stage startups. The programme connects founders with seasoned industry leaders who provide tailored guidance, strategic networking opportunities, and a structured curriculum to help refine business models and strengthen operations.
MentorPitch is designed to empower startups to scale successfully while creating sustainable impact. It also serves as a platform for angel investors to support high-potential ventures, making it a proven hub for driving innovation and fostering entrepreneurial success.
Requirements:
Founders with tech-enabled solutions in sectors such as EduTech, AgriTech, Renewables, Digital Trade, Clean Tech, Smart Cities, SaaS, or Logistics, leveraging technologies like AI, VR, AR, or IoT, are invited to apply. Eligible startups must already have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with customers, demonstrate 6–24 months of revenue, and operate actively in at least one Nigerian state.
Applicants should have a coachable team with at least one female founder, a minimum of 12 months of commitment invested, and a focus on large or fast-growing markets. In addition, the business must be legally registered, have raised at least ₦1M in pre-seed funding from Founder, Family, Friends & Fans (FFFF), and have plans to raise between ₦25M and ₦400M in equity or other forms of funding by the end of the program year.

All of this takes place in a safe learning environment that encourages sharing ideas, taking risks, and discovering solutions that work best for startups.
MentorPitch is anchored on the POEM Framework®, developed by Tomi Davies (TD), which outlines five pillars for building successful tech-enabled startups. These are: Vision (the founders’ values, mission, and purpose), Proposition (the startup’s products or services for a target market), Organization (people, processes, and technologies supporting delivery), Economics (effective use of capital to generate revenue and impact), and Milestones (tracking progress from MVP to Series A). This framework provides a structured path for startups to grow strategically and sustainably.
