Hansen Leadership Institute Exchange Program is back again! Hansen Leadership Institute is offering an international exchange program funded by the Fred J. Hansen Foundation. This international leadership program is one of the top summer exchange programs in the USA. Furthermore, the exchange program in the USA will take place in July 2023. The duration of the Hansen Leadership Institute exchange program is three weeks. Young men and women from different countries will gather in the United States of America at the University of San Diego. This life-changing leadership program allows all individuals who have the potential to become global leaders.

Hansen Leadership Institute aims to provide leadership training to international students to resolve conflict and build a better future for their home countries. The main goal of Hansen Leadership Institute is the form a community of young leaders who will use their skills, knowledge and network to create a peaceful future all around the world.
The 2023 summer exchange program includes hands-on practicals, lectures, and training to resolve conflict and promote intercultural dialogue. International participants will also get an opportunity of sightseeing in San Diego, including but not limited to Sea World Balboa Park, the July Parade and USA-Mexico border.

Non-U.S. Applicant:

• Undergraduate students must have completed two years of college or graduate students.
• They must be in the 20-25 age group.
• Furthermore, they must demonstrate leadership potential outside of the classroom in the community, nation, or region.
• Applicants must present an academic advisor (letter of recommendation) verifying English proficiency in writing.
• IELTS, GRE or TOEFL are not required.
• You must have a valid international passport. If you don’t have it, you can apply it later.
• Preference will be given to those who have not previously visited the United States.

American students:
