  • Consideration for applicants in their 6th year (48 to 60 months of doctoral study) will be granted only in highly exceptional circumstances, as determined by the selection committee.

  • Complete the Canadian Common CV (CCV): As part of the application process, candidates must complete the CCV from the Canadian Common CV website using the Vanier-Banting Academic CV template. Ensure all relevant academic and research information is included.

  • Submit Letters of Support: Candidates must arrange for two letters of support from their supervisors.
