Dangote Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) is a 12 months’ fully paid structured training programme designed for young Nigerian graduates.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have an NYSC Completion or exemption certificate.
- Graduated with a minimum of 2.2 (Second Class Lower) or HND Upper credit.
- Not more than 28 years old.
