2024 Wema Bank Graduate Trainee Program
The Wema Bank Graduate Trainee program provides participants with comprehensive exposure to various aspects of the banking and financial services industry. The program is meticulously crafted to incorporate a blended approach, addressing cognitive and effective learning domains, on the job training and ensuring a seamless transfer of learning to practical application in the workplace.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BSc strictly in a Management Science course e.g Business Administration, Economics, Financial Accounting, Statistics, Operations Research, Human Resources Management etc.
- Minimum of 2:1 class of degree.
- Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Program.
- Must not be more than 26 years of age at the point of application.
