African World Heritage Fund Internship 2025
The African World Heritage Fund Internship is a six-month internship opportunity for passionate individuals to contribute to preserving Africa’s cultural and natural heritage.
The African World Heritage Internship enables applicants to gain valuable experience in communications and partnerships, and a monthly stipend is provided for the six-month internship period.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to candidates from the African continent and the African Diaspora.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Heritage/Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and/or French; knowledge of Arabic or Portuguese is an advantage.
- Demonstrated skills in social media management, content creation, and communication.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and social media analytics tools.
Selection Criteria Include
- Strong skills in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of website management and SEO principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated passion for heritage conservation and cultural sensitivity.
