Loughborough University Development Trust Africa Scholarship in UK 2025
Loughborough University in the UK annually presents the Full-Fee Development Trust Africa Scholarships in a bid to foster academic excellence and contribute to the development of Africa.
These Development Africa Scholarships covering the entire tuition fee of selected students, are dedicated to talented African students pursuing postgraduate studies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be in possession of an offer (conditional or unconditional) of a place on a postgraduate taught course.
- Currently domiciled (permanently living) in Africa
- Evidence of exceptional academic achievement (normally a first-class honours degree)
- Commitment to return to their home country on completion of their postgraduate programme
- Evidence of the ability and commitment to making a significant contribution to their home country on their return
- Full understanding of the costs involved in coming to study and live in the UK
- Evidence of strong motivation and initiative to secure funds to cover the remainder of the costs involved
Benefits:
If successful, the scholarship will cover 100% of the course fees for your chosen postgraduate taught course for one year and replaces any other Loughborough University scholarships or bursaries.
