MTN Foundation ICT and Business Skills Training Phase 6 for young Nigerian Entrepreneurs (N90 million in Equipment Grant)
Since 2018, in partnership with leading organizations such as Oracle, KPMG, IBM, Digital Bridge Institute, CISCO, Google, Meta, and Microsoft, five phases of the ICT and Business Skills Training have been successfully implemented across 16 states, including Lagos, Kano, Rivers, Oyo, and Anambra. Over 4,036 young people have already benefited from the programme, gaining vital skills to improve their employability and entrepreneurial capacity.
The 6th phase will train 3,000 youths in collaboration with Microsoft and Meta. Microsoft will focus on Entrepreneurship in the Digital Age, ICT for Business Success, and introduce participants to Generative AI skills, while Meta will deliver training on building brands and growing businesses online through its Meta Boost for Small Business initiative. This phase promises to be highly impactful and enlightening for participants.
Requirements:
- Nigerian male or female, 18 – 35 years old
- Own and manage a small business that has been in operation for no longer than 2 years
- Own and manage a small business located in one of the following states: Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Kebbi, Niger, or Yobe state.
Benefits

In addition, the programme will reward excellence by offering an Equipment Grant valued at ₦90,000,000 to the top 300 participants. This initiative aims to empower outstanding youths with the necessary tools to apply their skills and drive real impact in their businesses and careers.
