Requirements for the FMN Future Leaders Accelerated Program (FLAP)
- A first degree from a recognized university or polytechnic, with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or HND Upper Credit
- Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), with 0–2 years of post-NYSC work experience
- Relevant professional certifications or qualifications will be an added advantage
