Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be nationals of one of ADB’s member countries.
- Must be 32 years old or younger at the time of joining ADB.
- A university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Law, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or other fields relevant to ADB’s work is required; a master’s degree or equivalent is highly desirable.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in areas such as education, energy, environment, economics, climate change, banking, public health, or rural development.
- A PhD may substitute for work experience.
- International experience related to ADB’s operations is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated passion and dedication to development work, with a desire to learn and adapt quickly.
