Join our comprehensive digital innovation training program designed specifically for female entrepreneurs (Femprenuers) aged 18-35. SheDIRACT, which stands for She Digital, Innovative, Resilience, and Communication Training is a development initiative designed by women, with women, and for women. Implemented as a program of Cath-Tech Academy in partnership with AfriPRIME a youth organization dedicated to empowerment through sustainable development.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Female entrepreneurs aged 18-35
  • Business owners or aspiring entrepreneurs

  • Must a passionate, young, vibrant woman dedicated to growth and self-development.
  • Must be able to attend through internet.

The training is virtual and contains virtual materials that may require an individual with access to data or WiFi.

Selection Process

  • Applications reviewed based on eligibility, business potential, and motivation
  • Accepted individuals notified via email by 1 November 2024.
  • Successful applicants will be informed of the schedule following the selection process.
