Unilever Leadership Internship Program (ULIP) is a global initiative enabling Unilever to build a strong talent pipeline that will support and lead our business growth.
ULIP is an 8-week functional internship program for which Unilever recruit top-performing students.
You’ll be hired into a function and develop your leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first role.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a student in the 3rd year of an undergraduate degree or enrolled in their master’s degree.
- The ULIP is for people who want to get to grips with the inner workings of a vast business and a desire to understand how it works.
- Applicants are expected to show commitment, learn real people skills, and have a deep-seated interest in the business.
Interns will work in one of these departments at Unilever:
- Human Resources
- Finance
- Marketing
- Supply Chain
