Coca Cola HBC Technical Trainee Program 2025 for young Nigerians (18 months non-residential training)
The Coca-Cola Nigeria Technical Trainee Program is an 18-month non-residential training initiative that equips participants with hands-on knowledge of the company’s production processes while offering a monthly stipend and career development opportunities. The first 12 months, based in Lagos, combine classroom learning and practical training in key areas such as bottling processes, industrial mechatronics, automation and process control, machine shop operations, general fittings and welding, utility maintenance, and quality assurance/control.
In the final 6 months, trainees are deployed to one of Coca-Cola’s eight production plants across Nigeria for on-the-job training. This phase allows participants to apply their skills in real-world production environments, gaining valuable experience that prepares them for future technical and career growth within the company.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Nigerian citizen.
- Hold at least an OND in Engineering.
- Show genuine interest in starting a career with Coca-Cola.
- Be willing to commit 18 months to the program.
