Federal Teaching Hospital Gombe releases ND/HND general nursing form, 2025/2026
Suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply for admission into the ND and HND General Nursing programs for the 2025/2026 academic session.
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible, applicants must have a minimum JAMB score of 150, be at least 16 years old at the time of this advert, and be physically and medically fit. In addition, they must hold SSCE/GCE, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or SAISSCE (NBAIS) with at least five credits in not more than two sittings, including English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
How to Apply:
The application forms can be obtained from the Office of the Registrar, Nursing Sciences (CONS-IHS-FTH Gombe), or through the Federal Teaching Hospital Gombe website (http://www.ft.gombe.gov.ng) via the College platform, after payment of a non-refundable fee of ₦10,000 through REMITA.
Applicants must submit their completed forms along with the required supporting documents:
Applicants are required to submit two recent passport-sized photographs, photocopies of all academic credentials, a payment receipt and Remita receipt, Local Government Indigene Certificate, birth certificate or declaration of age, JAMB print-out (including original result and any change of institution), along with SSCE scratch cards.
