  • Be a Nigerian citizen currently residing in Nigeria.
  • Be enrolled in a Federal or State-owned tertiary institution in Nigeria.
  • Be between 16 and 25 years of age at the time of application.
  • Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 4.50 on a 5.0 scale or its equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a genuine financial need and require assistance to continue their education.
